What are some really good headphones for home theater and Xbox?

Obviously I'd go buy the Sennheiser HD 650s if I wanted to flip out 1/2 a grand, but that's not possible.
Anybody have any good suggestions?
5.1 sound and good bass are important!

bose has one of the best headphones in my opinion. i have their speakers in my audi and theyre amazingggg. just a great brand all around. they can get kind of pricey but im pretty sure i saw some at best buy for around 100.
The Bose noise cancelling headphones are great but they run around $300. THere are some nock off name brands that do a good job as well for around $100. My dad bought a knockoff pair for $40 and they were a waste of money. You get what you pay for and I think on your budget of $150 you should get an excellent pair
