So for example, have your blu-ray, xbox360 going to hdmi 1 and 2 (just an example), and have your standard dvd player and wii going to composite (again, just example hardware).

Now, on the back of the tv there will be audio out. Put THAT to the receiver for the surround sound system.</description>
